TIPS
- Oriental Vegetable Stir-Fry
- Prune Muffins
- Fruit Juices are available in a variety of flavours in 200ml tetra packs. Freeze them overnight so it stays chill. You also get them with “no added sugar”.
- Egg & Mayo Filling: Using a fork mash the boiled egg, add butter & mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper.
- Veg Noodles: Heat oil in a wok, add finely julienned ginger, carrot, beans, cabbage, onions. Add the cooked noodles & toss with soy sauce.
- Pasta Salad: In a wok, add olive oil, garlic, onion, zucchini, coloured pepper and broccoli. Stir fry on high. Season with salt and pepper. Add the cooked pasta and sprinkle parmesan cheese.
