TIPS
- Idli Sandwich: Split the idli in half and sandwich with coconut chutney. Serve with a toothpick.
- Paav Bhaaji: Melt butter in a pan, add cooked potatoes, carrots, beans, tomatoes, peas, salt, paav bhaaji masala. Squeeze lime and add coriander leaves.
- Kheema Paav: Brown finely chopped onions and garlic in oil, add chopped tomatoes, salt, turmeric powder and chilli powder. Fry well. Add the minced meat, coriander leaves and cook till done.
- Paneer Filling: Saute sliced onions in oil, add the capsicum, paneer and tomatoes. Season with salt, cumin powder, a pinch of turmeric and chilli powder.
- Chicken Filling: Saute onion in oil, add the chicken strips and season with salt, pepper, pinch of turmeric and chilli powder. Fry till chicken is cooked. Add a tsp of tomato puree and chopped mint and coriander.
